Andy Whittaker likes to go on adventures. When he runs out of money, he picks up work as an Industrial Abseiler (IRATA Level 3), mountaineer, crew, guide, or whatever else comes his way. He has recently been focusing most of his energy on preparing Zephyrus for salty voyages, allowing himself 'time off' for expeditions across the Northern Patagonian Ice Cap (Jan 09) and local peaks in Chile. In January 2010 the Big Voyage West begins which he's been dreaming about for a few years now..
